Nigel is a co-owner of Capital Support, and since establishing the business 12 years ago he has remained active in building the company’s success. Driven by a vision to deliver tangible results that meet the regulatory and investor requirements of the alternative investment market, Nigel has been a key driver in the development of private hosted IT solutions that are now utilised throughout the sector.
Carrie is not a traditional salesperson, and she places a real emphasis on honesty, integrity and understanding. Her common-sense approach establishes our company ethos right from the beginning of a customer’s journey with Capital Support.
David brings with him a wealth of experience in managing customer relationships, and by utilising the skills he has gained over 14 years of senior account management he is able to lead and continually develop his team to better meet the needs of the businesses we support.
Noel produces our monthly management accounts, working with Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger to provide data-driven input that supports our business’s decision making. Noel’s investigative mind and eagerness for doing it right allow him to produce consistently high quality output.
Simon has a long history of working both in the public sector and for private organisations such as BT and Nortel. He has extensive experience in ISO 27001, having first worked with the standard when it was BS7799. He has implemented ISO 27001 for a number of organisations and has helped organisations to maintain ISO 27001. Simon is also a lead auditor, and can advise organisations on best practices around information security.
Wayne has more than 20 years of experience in IT and telecommunications, and is ITIL qualified. His ability to provide leadership, support and direction throughout the full spectrum of operations and finance allows us to work together to offer a straightforward, pain-free customer experience.
Ryan is a Chartered Marketer, and his multi-sector experience in B2B and B2C marketing gives him the tools to manage the breadth of our marketing operations in a manner that ensures our customers receive only the most relevant, well presented and topical information.
Tony is ITIL qualified, and he designed the core infrastructure on which many of our customers’ systems are hosted. He continues to oversee the development and ongoing maintenance of the data centre environment, making sure that it provides fast, secure and highly available services to our customers.
Stephen is ITIL qualified, and his dedication to best practice within service and team management makes him a key contributor to the high quality technical services on which Capital Support has built its reputation.
Lorraine manages all aspects of human resources and health and safety at Capital Support. Having started her career in publishing, Lorraine has more recently worked with outsourced IT providers in office and resource management.
David has worked in the IT and telecommunications industry for over 20 years and is both ITIL and Prince 2 qualified. Responsible for project delivery, his attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction allows Capital Support to deliver valuable high end technical solutions with minimal risk.
