a brief to understand everything about the client and
their requirements. This will include a Free System
Health check on the existing IT infrastructure.
Once information has been gathered this is then used
to build a Service package aimed to perfectly fit the
client’s requirements. Factors such as future
growth, internal IT knowledge and budget are all taken
into consideration to give a service that is both flexible
and value for money.
